Bovec - a place known for the beautiful Soča river, is also a place of creative culinary ideas. A young and experienced chef Tomaž Sovdat chose his own path and put Bovec on the culinary map of Slovenia with his restaurant Mangrt. The young team uses creativity to create plates from local and seasonal ingredients.

In our wine cellar we have a diverse selection of Slovenian wines, most of which are naturally produced and come from different regions of Slovenia.
